How can we help?
How to play, answers to common questions, and a way to reach us if you’re still stuck.
How do I play?
Build the seven columns down in alternating colours (a red 6 on a black 7) and send each suit up to its foundation from Ace to King. Draw from the stock when you're stuck. When all four suits are complete, you've won.
How do I move cards?
Tap a face-up card and it goes to the best legal spot: its foundation if it can, otherwise a column. You can also drag a card, or a whole run, onto a column or foundation. Double-tap sends a card straight home. Tap the stock to draw.
What does "Winnable deals only" mean?
With it on (the default), every new game is checked by a built-in solver before you see it, so it can definitely be won. Turn it off in Settings for completely random deals, which some players enjoy for the extra challenge.
What is the Daily Deal?
Tap New → Daily Deal for today's game. It's the same winnable deal for every player on the same date, worked out on your device, so it needs no internet.
How does undo work?
Undo is unlimited: keep tapping it to step back through every move of the current game.
What's the Finish button?
When every card is face up and the stock is empty, the game is won. Tap Finish to play the remaining cards up to the foundations automatically.
How is the score worked out?
Standard: +10 for each card to a foundation, +5 for turning over a card or playing from the waste, −15 for moving a card back down, and a penalty for turning the stock over. Vegas-style points: you start at −52 points and earn 5 for each card sent home. Points are just for fun. You can also turn scoring off.
Can I change Draw 1, Draw 3 or the number of passes?
Yes, in Settings. Changes apply from your next deal, so the game in progress isn't affected.
The colours are hard to tell apart.
Turn on Four-colour suits in Settings: spades black, hearts red, diamonds blue and clubs green. Every card also shows its suit symbol.
I'm left-handed.
Turn on Left-handed layout in Settings to put the stock and waste on the left.
Is my game saved?
Yes. Your current game, including its undo history, is saved automatically. Close the app any time and carry on later.
Does it work with VoiceOver?
Yes. Every card is announced by name and position, and the actions rotor lists each legal move for that card. The stock and empty piles are labelled too.
I can't hear any sound.
Future Solitaire respects your Silent switch. Also check that Sound Effects is on in Settings.
Which devices are supported?
Any iPhone or iPad running iOS or iPadOS 17 or later. iPad works in portrait and landscape.
Does the app collect my data?
No. There are no ads, accounts or tracking, and nothing leaves your device. See the privacy policy.
