Effective October 14, 2026
In short: Five Dice collects no personal data. The app has no accounts, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking, and it never sends anything over the internet.
Who we are
Five Dice is a dice game for Apple TV made by Dan Payne (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how the app and this website handle information.
The app
Five Dice runs entirely on your Apple TV. It does not:
- ask for or store your name, email address or any other personal details;
- use accounts, sign-in or Game Center;
- contain advertising, analytics or third-party code that collects data;
- track you across other apps or websites;
- connect to the internet or send data to us or anyone else.
Your dice and held dice exist only while the app is open, and are not saved or shared.
Information Apple may share with us
If you have chosen in your Apple TV settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple may give us anonymous crash reports and usage statistics. We use this only to fix problems and improve Five Dice, and we never sell it. Apple’s handling of this information is covered by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
This website
This website uses no cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and loads no third-party fonts or content. Like most websites, our hosting and network provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and reliability. We don’t use those logs to identify you.
Children
Five Dice is suitable for all ages. Because we collect no personal information from anyone, we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Your rights
Because the app holds no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you’ve contacted us by email and want that correspondence deleted, just ask.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the effective date above. If Five Dice ever starts collecting data, we’ll say so here before it does.
